These terms govern the public BL Sports service at michaelbarber.tech, operated by Michael Barber under BlackLabel Tech. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Information and research only
BL Sports supplies sports research, market comparisons, fantasy tools, simulations, and historical reference benchmarks. It is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, bookmaker, investment adviser, or guaranteed prediction service. It does not accept or place wagers, hold stakes, connect a betting account, pay winnings, or execute a recommendation.
Age, location, and local law
You are responsible for using betting-related information only if you satisfy the minimum age and every law, licence condition, geolocation rule, and operator term that applies where you are physically located. Availability of a page, price, or book name does not establish that wagering is lawful or available to you.
Sources, timing, and execution
Schedules, rosters, injuries, weather, odds, limits, market status, and source receipts can be incomplete, delayed, stale, corrected, suspended, or different from a sportsbook's executable screen. Refresh labels describe the last successful collection known to BL Sports; they do not guarantee that a displayed price is still offered. Verify every fact and price at the original source before acting.
Models and historical evidence
Probabilities, rankings, scores, edges, backtests, and simulations depend on assumptions and available inputs. Historical outcomes and out-of-sample tests do not guarantee future performance. A model label does not remove uncertainty, variance, limits, vig, line movement, data errors, or execution friction. PASS, LEAN, and BET are research classifications—not instructions or promises.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, evade limits or security controls, probe private systems, submit malware, misrepresent outputs, use automated traffic that impairs other users, violate source rights, or use the service unlawfully. Public pages may be linked and quoted fairly with attribution; product code, design, datasets, and compiled materials remain protected by applicable rights and source licences.
Third-party services
Source links and sportsbook names are provided for provenance or comparison. Third parties control their own content, prices, accounts, eligibility, privacy, and terms. A reference is not an endorsement, availability promise, or agency relationship. Unless expressly identified, BL Sports receives no wager and no share of a user's stake.
No warranty; limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, complete coverage, exact source parity, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and BlackLabel Tech are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or wagering losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
