What this site is

A personal site describing software I have built and work I take on. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of a specific result for your business.

The numbers on it

Every figure printed here is measured on the date shown, from the source named next to it — Apple's public lookup API, the sales table Stripe writes into, a Postgres database on my machine, or a source-code working tree. Measurements describe the past, not a promise about your outcome. Figures are refreshed when the page is rebuilt and may be superseded between rebuilds.

The applications

The four applications are distributed by Apple. Purchase, subscription, billing, renewal, and refund of those products are governed by your agreement with Apple and by each application's own terms and privacy policy, not by this page. Prices shown here reflect the listed price on the date of the last rebuild.

Vigil performs on-device sensing and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor for clinical purposes, or replace emergency services or professional care.

Custom build work

  • Work is quoted flat and in writing before it starts. A deposit begins the engagement; the balance is due on delivery.
  • On final payment, you own the delivered work product, and your domain and accounts stay in your name throughout.
  • Scope is what the written quote says. Anything added afterward is quoted again before it is built.
  • Nothing here creates an ongoing retainer, support obligation, or service level unless a separate written agreement says so.

Liability

This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The text, images, and code on this site are mine. Quote it with attribution; don't republish it wholesale as your own.
