Accessibility

Our target

BL Sports aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing engineering target, not a claim of legal certification or perfect compatibility with every assistive-technology and browser combination.

Current interface support

• Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, tables, buttons, and descriptive link text.
• A skip link and visible keyboard focus across the public site.
• Keyboard-focusable horizontal data regions with arrow, Home, and End key scrolling.
• Responsive layouts for phone zoom and narrow screens without hiding the primary page heading.
• Reduced-motion behavior when the operating system requests it.
• Color is paired with text, symbols, or labels for decision and source status.

Dense sports data

Odds matrices, fantasy boards, and historical tables contain more columns than fit on small screens. Those regions can be focused and scrolled horizontally by keyboard. Interactive mobile cards provide a compact view where available. We continue testing table narration, focus order, touch targets, zoom, source-status announcements, and contrast as the data surfaces change.

If a feature blocks access, email michael@blacklabelbots.com. Include the page or feature, browser, device, assistive technology, and the task you were trying to complete if comfortable. We will review the barrier and can provide the same public information in a practical alternative format when feasible.

Assessment

Accessibility is reviewed through automated checks, keyboard-only flows, responsive rendering, focus inspection, and manual content review. Automated results do not establish complete conformance, so feedback remains part of the process.
