This site is informational research only. It does not accept stakes, place wagers, link a betting wallet, guarantee a result, or recover a loss. Odds and model outputs can be delayed or wrong. If betting stops being entertainment, stop and use the help resources below.
Check eligibility first
Do not gamble unless it is legal where you are physically located and you meet the applicable minimum age. Age thresholds and permitted products vary by jurisdiction and operator. Never use someone else's identity, account, location, or payment method to bypass a rule.
Set limits before opening a book
- Use only discretionary money. Never use rent, food, tuition, medical, borrowed, or emergency funds.
- Set a firm money limit and time limit in advance; treat either limit as the end of the session.
- Do not chase losses, increase stakes to “get even,” or treat a model probability as certainty.
- Avoid betting when upset, impaired, sleep-deprived, under pressure, or trying to solve financial stress.
- Use operator deposit, wager, time-out, and self-exclusion tools. Remove saved payment methods and notifications when taking a break.
Warning signs
Pause and seek help if gambling is hidden from others, causes missed obligations, creates debt, requires larger stakes for the same feeling, drives repeated attempts to win back losses, affects sleep or work, or feels difficult to stop. The right response to a loss is never a larger wager.
Confidential help
The National Council on Problem Gambling connects people across the United States and its territories to local resources. Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET, use its help and treatment hub, or find state-specific resources. These resources are independent of BL Sports.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Parents and families
Keep gambling accounts, devices, passwords, and payment methods away from minors. Talk plainly about probability, losses, advertising, and the fact that a winning screenshot is not a complete record. Family members can use the same help resources even if the person gambling is not ready to call.
